Chapter 24

Songs and prayers for every feeling.

A Psalm by David. The earth belongs to Yahweh, along with everything in it; the world, and all who live in it.

Who is allowed to go up Yahweh's mountain? Who can stand in his holy place?

Only those with clean hands and a pure heart; those who haven't worshiped false gods, and haven't sworn to lies.

They will receive blessings from Yahweh, and a right standing with the God who saves them.

These are the people who look for Him, who seek your presence— the descendants of Jacob. Pause.

Who is this King of glory? Yahweh, strong and mighty; Yahweh, mighty in battle.

Lift up your heads, you gates; yes, lift them up, you ancient doors, so the King of glory can come in.

Who is this King of glory? Yahweh of Armies is the King of glory! Pause.
