5From my distress, I called out to Yah. Yah answered me and set me free.
6Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can people do to me?
7Yahweh is on my side, helping me. So I will celebrate over those who hate me.
8It is better to find safety in Yahweh than to trust in people.

10All the nations surrounded me, but in Yahweh’s name, I defeated them.
11They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me. But in Yahweh’s name, I truly defeated them.
12They swarmed around me like bees, but they were put out as quickly as burning thorns. In Yahweh’s name, I defeated them.
13You pushed me hard to make me fall, but Yahweh helped me.
14Yah is my strength and my song. He has saved me.
15You can hear shouts of joy and victory in the tents of those who do right. “Yahweh's strong hand does mighty things.
16Yahweh's strong hand is honored! Yahweh's strong hand does mighty things!”
17I will not die, but live, and tell about Yah’s actions.
18Yah has punished me severely, but he has not handed me over to death.
19Open the gates of righteousness for me. I will enter through them and thank Yah.
20This is Yahweh’s gate; righteous people will enter through it.
21I will thank you, because you have answered me and have saved me.
22The stone that the builders rejected has become the most important stone.
23Yahweh did this, and it is amazing to us.
24This is the day Yahweh has made. We will celebrate and be glad in it!
25Yahweh, we beg you, save us now! Yahweh, we beg you, send prosperity now.
26Blessings on the one who comes in Yahweh's name! We bless you from Yahweh's house.
27Yahweh is God, and he has given us light. Tie the sacrifice with ropes, all the way to the corners of the altar.
